We were "testing" out a bunch of other black cats at the SPCA when the volunteer who was with us asked if we had met "Balloon" in Hallway One. We hadn't even seen him somehow. The volunteer thought he was great and couldn't believe he hadn't been adopted yet, he'd been there for about three weeks. We went to meet him and he climbed all over us - he liked to perch on us while he was playing, and we were sold.
He has photos in in our photo album. He also has photos and video of him playing with his best friend, our dog, Koguma All of our animals have an honorific, and he is a Reverend. But this is more than just an honorific, because he is actually an ordained minister He is also enormous. Quite enormous. He's about 28 pounds now, but not fat. I did some research and the "world's largest cat" is determined by measuring from nose to end of tail, and he's only about 20% short of being the longest cat in the world. He's a good boy.|\ _,,,---,,_ /,`.-'`' -. ;-;;,_ |,4- ) )-,_. ,\ ( `'-' '---''(_/--' `-'\_) Daveola of GD & MH
